Very Berry Smoothie

A perfect smoothie after you crush your workout goals or as an on-the-go breakfast.

This smoothie is packed with 25 grams of whey protein, antioxidants, phytonutrients, dietary fiber, Vit C, Vit K, Vit B6, and Magnesium.

Ingredients:

1 XS vanilla protein shake,

1 cup frozen mixed berries,

1/2 banana.

1/2 cup ice

Blend till smooth in the blender. Enjoy. Recipe makes 2 servings.
