Watermelon and grape salad
Indulging in juicy fruits like watermelon and grapes is a great way to stay hydrated on a warm summer day.
Ingredients:
4 cups cubed and chilled seedless watermelons.(You can also chop watermelon in the desired shape or scoop them out with teaspoons as balls)
2 cups seedless grapes cut in halves.
9 - 10 fresh mint leaves, finely chopped
Chat masala
Pepper to taste
2 tablespoons organic raw honey (optional)
In a large bowl, combine watermelon, grapes, mint, honey, and chat masala. Stir gently to mix flavors. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Serve.
