Ashwagandha infused chocolate milk

It improves muscle strength and sleep. Cacao powder is packed with flavonoids. These nutrients have been shown to help lower blood pressure, improve blood flow to the brain and heart, and aid in preventing blood clots.
2 cups Almond milk / cows milk
2 tablespoons maple syrup or coconut sugar or turbinado (row) sugar
1/4 cup organic cacao powder
1 tablespoon Ashwagandha powder
1/2 tea spoon nutmeg ( only if consuming this drink to enhance its sleep benefits)
1/2 tea spoon poppy seed powder (only if consuming this drink to enhance its sleep benefits)
Both Nutmeg and Poppy seeds are excellent for improving your sleep so only add them if you are having this drink before bed time and if you have difficulty falling asleep or staying asleep.
Boil milk and sugar. Take it off the stove. Add cacao powder and Ashwagandha powder. Mix well. Enjoy.
