VIRGIN MANGO ORANGE MOJITO

Summertime reminds me of home. Summers are very hot and humid in India but we eagerly waited for Summers because of Mangoes and long summer vacations in schools. For us Indians, Mangos are the king of fruits especially Alfanso mangos. Did you know, In India, there are more than 1500 varieties of mangoes and each main variety has a unique taste?

This recipe is packed with Vitamin C and antioxidants. Ripe mango, Freshly-squeezed lemon juice, and orange juice are combined with tangerine mango-flavored sparkling water.

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 tbs. fresh lemon juice (about 1 large lemon, juiced)

  • 2 cups freshly squeezed orange juice or juice of 4 large oranges

  • 1 cup ripe mango chopped (fresh or frozen)

  • Pinch of salt

  • 1 tbs honey or sugar (optional). I do not add honey or sugar because I buy Indian mangoes which are extremely sweet and delicious.

  • Mint leaves for garnish.

  • 1 can of XS™ Sparkling+ Electrolytes Sparkling Water – Tangerine Mango

DIRECTIONS

In a blender, combine lemon juice, orange juice, mango pieces, and blend. Then pour in sparkling water and mix gently. Pour over ice cubes, garnish with a slice of orange and 1-2 mint leaves. Serve.
