Guilt Free Blueberry Muffin Smoothie Recipe
Blueberries are one of my favorite fruits because they are low in calories but packed with nutrients. They are the king of antioxidants and muffins are one of my favorite snacks. I just wanted to find out a way to have all the goodness of muffins and blueberries minus the carbs and loads of sugar. After experimenting a couple of times, I discovered this perfect guilt-free recipe. Full of antioxidants, healthy protein and omega 3s. This smoothie is packed with vitamin E and other vitamins and minerals.
It’s my delight to share it with you all.
(makes 4 servings)
Ingredients:
1 cup of frozen blueberries.
1 cup of organic oat milk
1 tablespoon organic almond butter
1/4 cups pecans
2 scoops organic vanilla protein powder or 2 tetra packs of ready to go organic vanilla protein shake. The key here is to choose high quality, organic plant-based protein powder/shake which is low in sugar.
1 cup of ice
1 pinch of cinnamon powder.
Steps:
Blend all the ingredients together in a blender.
If you want, you can top it off with a few fresh blueberries and sugar-free roasted coconut flakes.
