Quick and Healthy Breakfast Smoothie Recipe

(makes 2 servings)

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup organic spinach or 1 cup organic kale

  • 1 banana

  • 1 cup mixed frozen berries

  • 1 cup Organic coconut almond milk or coconut milk or almond milk

  • 1 cup of ice cubes

  • 1 tbsp spoon organic Chia seeds.

  • Half a cup organic all plant protein powder

Steps:

  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender.

  2. Add half a cup of water if you don’t prefer thick smoothies.

  3. Optional 1 teaspoon organic all-natural honey (If you prefer more sweetness)

  4. Optional (You can add a small piece of ginger, a pinch of cinnamon powder, a pinch of cardamom powder)
