Quick and Healthy Breakfast Smoothie Recipe

(makes 2 servings)
Ingredients:
1 cup organic spinach or 1 cup organic kale
1 banana
1 cup mixed frozen berries
1 cup Organic coconut almond milk or coconut milk or almond milk
1 cup of ice cubes
1 tbsp spoon organic Chia seeds.
Half a cup organic all plant protein powder
Steps:
Blend all ingredients in a blender.
Add half a cup of water if you don’t prefer thick smoothies.
Optional 1 teaspoon organic all-natural honey (If you prefer more sweetness)
Optional (You can add a small piece of ginger, a pinch of cinnamon powder, a pinch of cardamom powder)
