Recipe: Nutty Chocolate Chia pudding
This wholesome breakfast is a rich source of protein, calcium, healthy fats, fiber, vitamins, and minerals.
(Recipe makes 3 Servings)
Ingredients:
3 Tbs Organic Chia seeds
Half a cup plain low fat organic Greek yogurt
1 cup organic almond milk
1 tbs almond butter or peanut butter
Half a teaspoon of cinnamon powder
1 Tbs raw organic Cacao powder
2 Banana ( 1.5 in the pudding, .5 to garnish)
Unsweetened shredded coconut to garnish ( optional)
1 tbs organic honey
Steps:
In a mixing bowl, mash the 1.5 banana and mix with yogurt, honey, almond milk, peanut butter, cacao powder, cinnamon powder, and Chia seeds.
Mix well to break any lumps.
Refrigerate in an airtight glass container overnight.
In the morning, scoop it in a glass, top with few small pieces of banana.
Garnish with shredded coconut and shredded almonds
