I Berry Much Crave for Desert
Berries are packed with antioxidants and sometimes everyone needs variety so I bring to your table this light and refreshing dessert. From the sweet vanilla, to the juicy blueberries, this recipe is sure to become a house favorite.
Recipe:
2 cups mixed berries ( blueberries, blackberries, raspberries)
1/2 cup washed and sliced strawberries
1 sliced banana
2 cups Whipped cream
Organic vanilla extract
Finely sliced almonds
Roasted coconut flakes (for garnish)
Mint (for garnish)
In a mixing bowl, take 3 cups of chilled whipped cream, add vanilla extract and sliced almonds. Mix well.
Add berries and mix well.
Chill for 30 minutes.
Remove from refrigerator, serve in a serving bowl. Garnish with a few berries, almond slices, roasted coconut flakes, and mint.
